When should I expect to receive my order?

Most of our made to order items ship via standard ground delivery within two weeks. We recommend that you allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order from the time that you place it with us.

What name will appear on my credit card billing statement?

Angels One Souvenir’swill appear on your credit card billing statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

Where is my order shipped from?

Most Internet orders are shipped from Angels One Souvenir’s located in California.

What are your hours of operation?

California office hours are:

• Monday thru Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (PST)
• Fridays 7:30 am to 3:15 pm (PST)
• Closed Saturday and Sunday, All Holidays, and the day after Thanksgiving.
• Orders placed on weekends and after hours will be processed beginning the next business day.

What methods of payment does Angels One Souvenir’saccept?

To place an order on line, we require a major credit card. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please proceed to checkout and include a copy of your order with payment. Mail these to Angels One Souvenir’s Internet Orders, P.O. Box 954, La Mesa CA 91944. Orders placed against an overseas bank may be held until the funds have cleared. Please include the appropriate shipping and sales taxes in your payment.

Can I still purchase items from you if I am not in the military?

Absolutely, we are more than happy to provide items for collectors, family members and individuals who just like the quality of our product.

I had a family member in the service, how can I find out which items were awarded to him/her?

When your family member was released from the service, they will have been issued a form called the DD Form 214. To get this form, you can click here.

Do all medals have ribbons?

Yes, all medals have ribbons but not all ribbons have medals. For example, unit citations will be a ribbon only, Army Presidential Unit Citation, Navy Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Citation etc. do not have a medal associated with them as they are unit awards.

What if I don't like the product, can I send it back?

We make every effort to accurately display the available products. Each plaque is unique in its construction and slight variations will occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call our support line at 1-619-248-9097 to receive a return authorization code (RAC), verify the return shipping address, and to ensure proper credit to your account. Returns must be arranged within 2 days of receipt of merchandise and must be shipped within 7 days the in original packaging and in unused condition. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE. We will make every possible effort to replace damaged merchandise as quickly as possible and to handle damage claims or personalized items that were engraved with incorrect information. My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

Please save all packing materials and containers if your order was damaged in shipping. It is very important you keep these materials for shipping claims to be made. Please contact a customer care representative and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. 1-619-248-9097

What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

We use a variety of dependable carriers including FedEx, UPS. The carrier used in the shipment of your order depends on which products are involved. If you need additional assistance with this please feel free to contact our customer care staff.

Delivery Options - Outside the US

Currently Angels One Souvenir’s only delivers to the United States. If you are in Canada and would like to place an order, please call a customer care representative to make special arrangements. 1-619-2489-9097.

If you are located outside of the United States or Canada we will not be able to ship directly to you. An alternative some people have used is to have a member of the family or friend in the US order the product and take delivery. Once the family member or friend has received the product then they can ship the product directly to you.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made online. If you need to change your order please contact a customer care representative immediately for assistance. Personalized items that have been completed cannot be cancelled.
