To place an order on line, we require a major credit card. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please proceed to checkout and include a copy of your order with payment. Mail these to Angels One Souvenir’s Internet Orders, P.O. Box 954, La Mesa CA 91944. Orders placed against an overseas bank may be held until the funds have cleared. Please include the appropriate shipping and sales taxes in your payment.

When your family member was released from the service, they will have been issued a form called the DD Form 214. To get this form, you can click here.
Yes, all medals have ribbons but not all ribbons have medals. For example, unit citations will be a ribbon only, Army Presidential Unit Citation, Navy Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Citation etc. do not have a medal associated with them as they are unit awards.
We make every effort to accurately display the available products. Each plaque is unique in its construction and slight variations will occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call our support line at 1-619-248-9097 to receive a return authorization code (RAC), verify the return shipping address, and to ensure proper credit to your account. Returns must be arranged within 2 days of receipt of merchandise and must be shipped within 7 days the in original packaging and in unused condition. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE. We will make every possible effort to replace damaged merchandise as quickly as possible and to handle damage claims or personalized items that were engraved with incorrect information. We use a variety of dependable carriers including FedEx, UPS. The carrier used in the shipment of your order depends on which products are involved. If you need additional assistance with this please feel free to contact our customer care staff.
Currently Angels One Souvenir’s only delivers to the United States. If you are in Canada and would like to place an order, please call a customer care representative to make special arrangements. 1-619-2489-9097.
If you are located outside of the United States or Canada we will not be able to ship directly to you. An alternative some people have used is to have a member of the family or friend in the US order the product and take delivery. Once the family member or friend has received the product then they can ship the product directly to you.
Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made online. If you need to change your order please contact a customer care representative immediately for assistance. Personalized items that have been completed cannot be cancelled.
